Experienced yoga teacher. Working one on one and class based. Focus is on the breath and body working together.
Yoga is not about mastering a pose. My goal is to keep you safe both mentally and physically whi8le helping you become calmer and stronger. Your goal is my goal.
My story
I began my yoga journey in 2012 after losing weight. I was struggling to maintain my weight. I found I was like most; stressed, my body was holding cortisol. I had to learn to realx. yoga was suggested and I gave it a try.
I fell in love with the transfomation in my mind and body. In 2017 I decided to take the next step in my yoga journey and enrolled in a teacher training program.
I began teaching in 2018. My favorite classes to teach are restorative, slow flow, yoga nidra. I love the mind body connection.
